Meet Gabriela!

Hi, I’m Gabriela Carter! I’m a wife, a mom, and a follower of Christ. I have a passion for all things birth. Before I became a mom, I spent years exploring the birth process, and I became truly fascinated by it. Experiencing birth for myself solidified my desire to help others navigate this remarkable journey. I genuinely believe that every mother deserves to feel supported, cared for, and empowered as she brings new life into the world.

As a doula, I aim to help you feel informed and relaxed, allowing you to "turn your brain off" during labor and relieving some of the mental load. I’m here to provide calm, reassurance, prayer, and guidance, so you can focus on the experience without worrying about the details. I also enjoy helping dads feel confident in their role, knowing they have someone experienced there to support both of you, so they can concentrate on supporting you and the baby.

Outside of my work as a doula, playing the violin has been a huge part of my life for nearly 20 years, and I love using that gift to worship the Lord. Music helps me connect with others, and that same sense of care and connection is what I bring into my doula work. As a caretaker at heart, I’m here to listen and support you through any emotions, whether it’s fears, concerns, or joy. I love helping others feel seen, heard, and uplifted, especially during such a significant moment in their lives.
