Consultation Call- A free initial call to get to know each other, talk about your desires for birth, and how I can best support you. Bring your questions, to see if I’m the right doula for you!
Prenatal Visits- Two in depth meetings to discuss your birth preferences, learn comfort measures, prepare for labor, birth, and postpartum.
Birth Plan Guidance- Helping you create a plan that fits your wishes and values. Informing you of ALL your options, so you can make the best decisions for YOU. Learn to advocate for your wishes and ask the right questions to make your birth yours.
Unlimited Text and Phone Support- From the time of booking through postpartum. Ask me anything!
On-Call Period- Starting from 38 weeks until birth.
Continuous Labor Support- At home with a midwife, hospital, or birth center. I help with comfort measures, encouraging you through the process, keeping you and your support people informed, and helping them help you!
Immediate Postpartum Care- 1-2 hours after birth to assist with immediate recovery and establishing breastfeeding (if desired).
Postpartum Visit- A check-in at home to process the birth and provide additional support as needed.
Photo and Video- Capturing moments during labor and birth if requested.

Postpartum Visits- Two in-home visits during the early postpartum period to provide personalized support for you and your family as you recover and adjust to life with your new baby.
Postpartum Meal- A homemade meal brought to your family during one of your postpartum visits, giving you one less thing to worry about while you recover and care for your baby.
6-Hour Postpartum Support Shift- One extended 6-hour in-home support shift, available during the day or overnight, focused on giving you the practical help and rest you need. During this time, I can assist with newborn care, feeding support, light household tasks, meal preparation, and other appropriate hands-on support so you can shower, nap, eat, or simply have a chance to breathe.
Birth Processing & Emotional Support- A safe space to talk through your birth experience, celebrate what went well, and process anything that may have been difficult or unexpected.
